PMDD Tracker is built to be usable by everyone. Here is what we support on iPhone and iPad.

Supported on iPhone and iPad

VoiceOver

Navigate with gestures, keyboard, braille and speech. Screens, buttons and fields have labels so VoiceOver reads them correctly.

Voice Control

Drive the app with your voice. Tap, swipe, click and type with spoken commands. Interactive elements are reachable via Voice Control.

Larger text

Dynamic Type up to 200% or more. Screens scale without losing features.

Dark Mode

A dark scheme on every screen. Easier on the eyes, especially in the evening when you log the day.

Not colour alone

Important information also uses shape, icons or text. Scores, cycle phases and Support parts stay readable without colour vision.

Sufficient contrast

Text and icons meet WCAG contrast in light and dark.

Reduce Motion

If you turn on Reduce Motion in system settings, the app tones down or turns off animations.

More accessibility

Large tap targets

Buttons are at least 48×48 pixels, including when motor skills are reduced.

Language in the app

The app is available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Portuguese and Italian, including accessibility labels, error messages and VoiceOver hints.

Crisis contacts always there

The crisis button stays in reach, wherever you are in the app. Helplines are one tap away.
