Trust and transparency
How we handle your data, the science, and the rules.
Privacy and security
Health data deserves the strongest protection. That is not a feature. It is the foundation.
On-device encryption
Sensitive health data is encrypted on your device (AES-256) before sync. Sync uses TLS 1.3. Storage is in London with Row Level Security, under the EU adequacy decision.
No data selling
We do not sell your data. No ads. Limited usage analytics without health content can be turned off. Your data is yours.
GDPR-aligned
Aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation. DPIA done, processing register kept, account deletion available.
Offline-first
The app works without internet. With an account, data syncs encrypted when you are online.
Scientific basis
Built on recognised instruments from international PMDD research.
DRSP questionnaire
The app is based on the Daily Record of Severity of Problems, an internationally recognised instrument for premenstrual symptoms.
C-PASS method
The cyclic overview uses the C-PASS method (Eisenlohr-Moul et al., 2017, American Journal of Psychiatry) to make cyclic patterns in your data visible, per finished cycle.
Your clinician interprets
The app shows your data and makes patterns visible. Interpretation is always for your clinician. We do not diagnose.

Regulatory position
PMDD Tracker is a lifestyle-intervention tracker, not a medical device. We do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. The app makes self-reported data visible so you and your clinician can talk.
